Products

We use Gildan for our tees (Gildan 5000), sweatshirts (Gildan 18000) and hoodies (Gildan 18500). They are made from 100% cotton and are pre-shrunk to ensure a comfortable fit. They come in a variety of colors and sizes to accommodate all of our customer's needs. Because it is a popular brand, sizing is usually the standard you are used to, so we recommend you order the size that you typically wear but also check with the size charts, to be sure. Children's apparel is typically Gildan 5000B (Again, please check with the size charts provided to ensure they are the appropriate size for your kiddo!)
All of our clothing can be washed with your regular laundry.

 We recommend washing your garments inside out, with like colors; dried on low-heat. Never attempt to iron the printed design, as this will damage it. Follow these instructions and your items from Graphix Fuse should last for years to come.
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Order Issues

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you've hit 'Place Order' at checkout, this includes: Changing the item or size, Delivery/ billing address, Adding/removing items to your order, and Shipping method
Unfortunately, we cannot modify nor cancel orders once they have been placed. All sales are final.
Unfortunately, we are unable to manually enter discounts after the order has been completed. 
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If, for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you are still having problems, feel free to contact us!
Whilst we try to get your order to you I the most efficient and sustainable way possible, there’s a possibility that your order may come in more than one shipment. One of the reasons for this is due to stock availability, sometimes items have to be sent from different warehouses. This means your items won’t necessarily be shipped at the same time but not to worry, the remainder of the items in your order will arrive shortly. If you do not receive the other part(s) of your order within 7 days, please feel free to contact our customer care team or email monae@thegraphixfuse.com

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Klarna*!   *Klarna is currently only available for customers within the U.S.!

Shipping

Unfortunately, you must be logged into an account when placing your order to be able to view the status of your order. Not to worry, though! All order updates, including confirmation and shipping emails, will be sent to the email address used to place to the order.
Sometimes USPS/carrier tracking information can be incorrect or rather premature, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered in a day or so, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information, just in case! If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Care team or monae@thegraphixfuse.com for further assistance.
No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!
Our products usually – key word usually – ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we are in the holiday season, orders may take a bit longer to process, so please be patient. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Thank you greatly for your understanding!
Yes! Please follow these rules or your package might not make it! 1. Write out the service member’s full name in the name field. Be sure to include their Unit as well on Address Line 1. 2. The city field will need to be one of the following abbreviations set forth by the Military: * APO: Army Post Office * FPO: Fleet Post Office * DPO: Diplomatic Post Office 3. The Region field for your order needs to be assigned a “state code,” which is categorized by the following abbreviations: * AA: Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forces Americas) * AP: Armed Forces Pacific * AE: Armed Forces Europe (including-Canada, Middle East, and Africa) 4. Set the country as the United States, as these addresses are considered part of the U.S.
We do our very best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however once your order is transferred to USPS, it may encounter delays during its journey to you. The same is true for orders determined to be undeliverable by USPS.

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
